Pinprick Punishment-Join My Army 7"+MP3 (Black Cube Records)
X-MIST
JAPAN-import! Tokyo based band playing noisy and crunchy Hardcore-Punk, with a weird edge to it – what translates into: It's actually pretty cool! It's Hardcore-Punk, kinda like the early MENS RECOVERY PROJECT used to interprete it, the ideas of bands like WRANGLER BRUTES or WHITE SHIT are similar to this, and partly it reminds of early SST bands like SACCHARINE TRUST and of course BLACK FLAG.
EBULLITION
Debut 7" from Tokyo outsider hardcore band Pinprick Punishment formed in 2010.Four tracks on this vinyl are far away from well known Japanese hardcore sounds. They play weird and driving punk/hardcore,it's beautiful blend of bands on SST Records and Vermiform Records, also they have unpredictable lyrics. The domestic 400 copies of limited 500 pressing had been sold-out for their intense live performance. This release comes with digital download.
